Assessment of environmental risks of underground transport infrastructure development by BOCR method

Formulation of the problem. Solving problems urban transport communications, in particular constantly growing intensity automobile traffic megalopolises, is one main directions minimizing environmental and man-made risks environment. Global concepts greening large cities pay considerable attention to possibilities underground space take on functions most dangerous risky surface objects since impact any object environment much lower (than similar surface) can be better controlled. At same time, planning for development infrastructure should based a systematic methodology tools analyzing complex systems. Purpose. It consists use system (BOCR method - criteria benefits, opportunities, costs risks) ensure minimization prioritization construction road tunnels (for example, General Plan Kiev city). Methodology. A decision support toolkit calculating priorities alternatives hierarchical network models are proposed. The modified BOCR developed by authors (N. Pankratova, N.I. Nedashkovskaya) was applied assess taking into account costs, opportunities risks. Results. System two tunnels, according plan city until 2025 were developed. Assessment using (criteria performed. tunnels' routes aggregated over parameters reasonably expedient sequence their calculated reducing urbanized space. Scientific novelty. For first target function model minimize capabilities have been expanded alternative tunnel track successfully tested.
